Verifying email addresses for publicly traded companies
Please read through the following instructions carefully before making any changes. DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR BRAND OR CAMPAIGN IN THE RINGCENTRAL ADMIN PORTAL as doing so may cause your registration to be revetted, and potentially disrupt service.
As a reminder, all actions must be completed by the deadline provided. Additional steps after updating your information are required.
To verify your business email:
- Log in to RingCentral Admin Portal and navigate to Phone System > Business SMS > Manage Brands to view your brand information.
DO NOT EDIT THE BRAND IN THE PORTAL. - Click the warning icon next to your brand to send a verification email. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 20 SECONDS FOR THE ICON TO APPEAR.
- Confirm your business email by typing it into the email field.
- Check your inbox for an email from The Campaign Registry (TCR), and click the included link to verify your email address.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. THE LINK WILL BE VALID FOR 7 DAYS, IF IT EXPIRES YOU WILL NEED TO REPEAT THESE STEPS. - Provide additional required contact information (if asked).
- Click "Complete." You should now see a confirmation that your brand has been verified, and that your registration is back in good standing. No further action is required unless you are advised otherwise by your representative.
